Welcome to Dougherty County School System Athletics.


All students interested in participating in interscholastic athletics must complete their registration through the FinalForms platform. Parents/guardians are required to create or log into their account, complete all required forms, and upload a current physical examination and insurance card prior to participation.


Please ensure that all information is accurate, and all electronic signatures are submitted. Students will not be permitted to try out, practice, or compete until their registration has been fully completed and approved.
